Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Framed.Atlanta. We are committed to delivering your custom prints, photo packages, and framed products with care, speed, and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship your items, and what you can expect throughout the process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and carefully prepared before shipping.

  • Standard Orders: 2–4 business days for processing

  • Framed Prints or Bulk Orders: 5–7 business days for processing

  • Rush Orders: May be available upon request (additional fees may apply)

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship domestically via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected delivery speed.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates. Free shipping may be offered during select promotions or for bulk orders over a certain amount.

Local Pickup (Atlanta, GA): Available upon request for certain products—please email us to arrange a time.

4. Shipping Areas

  • Domestic Shipping: Available throughout the U.S. (including Alaska & Hawaii)

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time

5. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable)

  • We will investigate and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund

We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received unless shipping insurance was added to your order.

7. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items (e.g., prints + framed photos), they may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each package.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.
