Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Framed.Atlanta for your photography, event, and print needs. We take great pride in delivering high-quality services and products. While all sales are final in most cases due to the nature of our services, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued and under what conditions.
1. Session Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit is required to secure your session or event date and covers pre-session preparations and scheduling.

Cancellations with 48 hours' notice or more may be eligible for a credit toward a future session within 60 days of the original date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows may result in the full fee being forfeited.
2. Photo Session Refunds
Due to the creative and time-based nature of photography services, refunds are not typically issued once a session has taken place.
However, partial or full refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Equipment malfunction that prevents delivery of promised photos

Severe weather with no indoor/backup option (if rescheduling is not possible)

Photographer’s failure to deliver services as outlined in the session agreement
Refunds will not be issued due to subjective preferences related to styling, posing, editing style, or location choice if the session was completed as agreed.
3. Event Coverage
For larger events (e.g. weddings, brand activations, parties):

A signed agreement outlines the event terms, deliverables, and refund limitations.

If Framed.Atlanta cancels due to an emergency or force majeure, a full refund will be provided or another photographer may be arranged.

If the client cancels, no refund is issued, but we may offer credit or partial refund depending on the situation and notice given.
4. Physical Products (Prints, Frames, Albums)
We offer custom-printed products, which are made-to-order and non-refundable once an order is placed and approved by the client.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

The item arrives damaged, with photo evidence submitted within 7 days of delivery

The wrong item was sent due to our error
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Misspellings or image quality issues approved in the proof

Delays caused by shipping carriers
5. Digital Products
All digital files, galleries, and edits are final and non-refundable once delivered. If there are issues with file access or corruption, we’ll work with you to replace or re-upload the files.
6. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Right to Refuse Refunds
Framed.Atlanta reserves the right to deny refund requests if the terms above are not met or if we believe a request is fraudulent or in bad faith.
