Welcome to Framed.Atlanta (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website at [www.framedatlanta.com] or booking our photography/event services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of the site and our services and establish the legal relationship between you, the customer or site visitor, and us, the service provider.

Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To use our website or book services, you must be:

  • At least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent/guardian

  • Legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All sessions and events must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • A deposit may be required to reserve your date/time. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Full payment must be completed by the agreed-upon deadline prior to the delivery of final edits or products.

  • Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit card, and approved digital services (e.g., Square, PayPal, Zelle).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot to receive credit toward a future session.

  • We allow one complimentary reschedule per client. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or full session fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking with Framed.Atlanta, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time to your session or event

  • Notify us promptly of any delays, changes, or concerns

  • Review proofs or galleries within the timeframe provided

  • Refrain from reproducing or editing images without written permission

5. Usage Rights & Copyright

  • All images, videos, and digital content created by Framed.Atlanta remain the intellectual property of Framed.Atlanta unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Clients receive a limited license to use the final edited images for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.

  • We reserve the right to use select photos/videos from sessions for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless a prior written agreement states otherwise.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued at our discretion in cases of:

  • Equipment failure

  • Severe weather (with no indoor alternative)

  • Other unforeseen issues that prevent us from fulfilling your service

Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., styling, poses, location) is not typically grounds for a refund unless services were not performed as described.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, pause, or discontinue services at any time without notice

  • Adjust pricing or package offerings as needed

  • Refuse service to any client who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate conduct

8. Limitation of Liability

Framed.Atlanta shall not be held liable for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from website downtime, third-party booking platforms, or communication delays

  • Acts of nature, technical malfunctions, or unexpected venue issues during a session or event

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our website may include links to third-party tools (e.g., booking software, payment platforms). We do not control these tools and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. You access them at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
